This competition is run by EPOS AUDIO Australia Pty (''EPOS”). The competition is administered in Australia. Therefore, Australian law exclusively apply to the Competition regardless of the location of the individual participant.

By entering the competition, you will be bound by these terms & conditions, and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. This Competition is limited to retail purchases carried out via OfficeLife during the promotion period by Australian Residents only. Purchases from overseas are ineligible. The Tax Invoice must list the OfficeLife’ Australian Business Number (ABN) of the Seller and the GST amount. 

Submitting the form does not constitute a guarantee of being awarded in the Competition. EPOS reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time, without prior notice.

I. ELIGIBILITY OF PARTICIPANTS

​

1.1 The Competition is available to end-customers of OfficeLife from 25 September 2023 - 31 December 2023 and the eligible participants must submit the online form by 15 January 2024, provided that the participant is at least 18

years of age. Employees of EPOS and their relatives are excluded from participation in the Competition.

1.2 EPOS reserves the right, upon its sole discretion, to exclude participants on valid grounds, such as but not limited to:

-violation of the rules of the Competition;
-manipulation of the technical process or administration of the Competition;
-undue conduct; or
-false or misleading statements regarding participation in the Competition.

II. PROCEDURE OF THE COMPETITION

2.1 To enter the competition, the participants need to purchase an EPOS product from the reseller OfficeLife during the promotion period from 25 September 2023 - 31 December 2023, the end-user will be eligible for entering the prize draw. In order to be eligible for an entry into the prize-draw, the end-user must submit the online form by 15 January 2024 on EPOS’ promotion landing page. Only the end-user who fully and completely meet the promotion requirements including buying an EPOS products from OfficeLife during the promotion period and submit the online form by 15 January 2024 will be eligible to enter the prize draw.

2.2 One eligible participant will be randomly selected as winner on 17 January 2024. Winning participants will be contacted via email within fourteen days following the end date of the Competition. The winner will be notified directly after the end of the promotion.

​

2.3 Winner has seven days to reply to claim the prize. If the winner does not reply within seven days, the winner's prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another eligible participant.

​

III. COMPETITION PERIOD

3.1 The competition will begin 25 September 2023 and will end on 31 December 2023.

 

IV. PRIZES

4.1 There will be one winner in total being awarded with $2,000 Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Cards. Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Cards will be sent directly to the winner’s designated email address.

4.2 The prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash or otherwise.

4.3 Prize is offered "as is" with no written, express, or implied warranty.

4.4 Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Card is redeemable at participating service stations only. It may not be substituted, exchanged, sold or redeemed for cash or other goods or services. The prize is not refundable, replaceable, or transferable for cash, credit, or other prizes under any circumstances. EPOS will not compensate the winner for any unforeseen circumstances, losses or delays incurred during the trip.

4.6 Exchange your Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Card for one or multiple participating retailer Gift Card/s, up to the gift card value. The Prezzee Fuel Smart eGift Card has a 3 year expiry date for users to exchange to a new retailer gift card of their choice. Once the new gift card has been selected new expiry dates will be set and terms and conditions of the chosen retailer gift card will apply. V. DATA PRIVACY

5.1 EPOS will be collecting personal data about participants, in accordance with its privacy notice. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of the competition unless you also provided consent to receive EPOS marketing communications. By participating in the Competition, each participant hereby agrees to EPOS’s collection and usage of his/her personal information for the purpose of the competition as set out herein and acknowledges that he/she has read and accepted EPOS’ privacy notice.

5.2 Notwithstanding the above, each winner agrees that, by participating in the Competition, EPOS may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation being required, including posting in a winner’s list or on LinkedIn or Facebook.

VI. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

​

6.1 To the extent permitted by law, EPOS is not responsible for:

Any incorrect or inaccurate information associated with or utilized in the Competition;
technical failures of any kind including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone-lines or network, hardware or software; unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Competition 
technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Competition, or any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part from participants participation in the Competition.

6.2 EPOS is responsible for prize availability, but not for prize utility or quality or otherwise.

6.3 The reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes, if necessary, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

VII. REVOCATION, TERMINATION AND WITHDRAWAL

​

7.1 Participants may withdraw from the Competition at any time by emailing EPOS. Within reasonable time upon notification, EPOS will delete all data collected from the participant. Participants may declare their withdrawal at any time to EPOS. Participants may declare their withdrawal at any time to EPOS.

​

7.2 Revocation of the right to use participant’s personal data is possible at any time. However, such revocation will necessarily be followed by the exclusion of the participant from the Competition.

​

7.3 EPOS reserves the right to cancel or end the Competition at any time, without notice or reason.

​

VII. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

​

8.1 The Competition is governed by and construed in accordance with Australian law, excluding its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising under the Competition will be settled by the Australian courts.

IX. MISCELLEANOUS

​

9.1 The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these terms and conditions will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the terms and conditions is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

9.2 EPOS’ failure to enforce any term of these terms and conditions will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
